1. Deliver an exceptional luxury customer experience and build lasting client relationships through attentive service and client follow‑up.
2. Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets by cross‑selling and up‑selling relevant products.
3. Handle customer enquiries, manage transactions and follow up activity at the cashier point.
4. Perform client outreach and event invitations by making follow‑up calls to existing and prospective clients.
5. Support stock management activities including stock taking, replenishment and receiving new arrivals.
6. Assist with merchandising, visual displays and upkeep of the sales floor to brand standards.
7. Provide operational support for in‑store events and collaborate with the retail team on execution.
8. Comply with safety, health and security procedures within the store environment.

1. College diploma (associate degree) or higher.
2. Minimum of 1 year relevant experience; retail experience preferred.
3. Prior experience in luxury retail is an advantage.
4. Energetic, service‑oriented and a strong team player with the ability to work independently.
5. Excellent communication skills, tact in customer interactions and a good fashion sensibility.
6. Fluent Mandarin; additional languages are a plus.
