CELINE is hiring a Cloud/DevOps Tech Lead in Paris to lead cloud operations, automation and a team across multi‑cloud platforms.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead, recruit and mentor a team of system, cloud and DevOps engineers; provide technical leadership and second/third-line escalation.
  • Ensure operational excellence and MCO (maintenance in operational condition) of Cloud infrastructures and applications to meet SLA, availability, performance and security targets.
  • Act as technical level‑3 reference for incidents and problems across Windows Server, Linux and multi‑cloud environments (Azure, GCP, Aliyun).
  • Design, implement and industrialise end‑to‑end delivery pipelines to minimise time‑to‑deliver; enforce CI/CD standards defined on Azure DevOps.
  • Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code and automation using Terraform, Ansible and GitHub Actions; promote Git versioning best practices.
  • Participate in vulnerability remediation for IaaS/PaaS resources and enforce cloud security and compliance requirements.
  • Define and evolve the MultiCloud strategy (Private Cloud, Azure, GCP, Aliyun) in collaboration with Cloud Delivery and project teams; contribute to cloud architecture repository and technical documentation (DAT, DEX, DINS).
  • Drive DRP testing and execution, participate in CAB, conduct RCA and continuous improvement initiatives; recommend FinOps cost-optimisation strategies and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Engineering degree, university diploma or equivalent technical qualification.
  • Minimum 5 years of demonstrable experience as a Cloud/DevOps expert within an enterprise IT organisation or consultancy implementing private/public/hybrid cloud architectures.
  • Proven experience managing or mentoring engineering teams and coordinating external providers.
  • Fluent English (mandatory); strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated problem‑solving aptitude with strong analytical skills and a proactive, initiative‑driven mindset.

Experience
