1. Provide a warm and personalized welcome to clients.
2. Assist sales advisors in delivering an exceptional client experience in line with the brand's standards.
3. Ensure the boutique is well-maintained and offers a continuous welcoming presence.
4. Listen to and identify client needs, offering guidance and advice.
5. Present products with appropriate storytelling.
6. Ensure personalized client follow-up and foster client loyalty.
7. Receive and organize merchandise in accordance with boutique visual merchandising standards.
8. Participate in stock management, merchandise reception, stock control, and adherence to internal standards.
9. Adhere to Retail & CRM Excellence procedures.

1. Previous experience in retail is appreciated.

1. High sensitivity to products and excellent fashion culture.
2. Strong interpersonal skills and service orientation.
3. Reactivity, dynamism, versatility, result-oriented, and proactive mindset.
4. Fluency in French and English; a third language is advantageous.

Entry-level experience in retail is appreciated.
