4. Listen to and identify client needs, provide information and advice.
5. Present products with appropriate storytelling.
6. Ensure personalized client follow-up and foster loyalty.
7. Receive and organize products in line with visual merchandising standards.
8. Participate in stock management, merchandise reception, stock control, and adherence to internal standards.
9. Adhere to Retail & CRM Excellence procedures.
