1. Provide a warm and personalized welcome to clients.
2. Assist sales advisors in delivering an exceptional client experience aligned with the brand's standards.
3. Ensure the boutique is well-maintained and consistently offers a welcoming atmosphere.
4. Listen to and identify client needs, providing information and advice.
5. Present products with appropriate storytelling.
6. Ensure personalized client follow-up and foster client loyalty.
7. Receive and organize merchandise in accordance with the boutique's visual merchandising standards.
8. Participate in stock management, merchandise reception, stock control, and adherence to internal standards.
9. Comply with Retail & CRM Excellence procedures.

1. Previous experience in retail is appreciated.

1. High sensitivity to products and excellent fashion culture.
2. Strong interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset.
3. Reactivity, dynamism, versatility, result-oriented, and proactive nature.
4. Fluency in French and English; a third language is advantageous.

Entry-level experience in retail is appreciated.
