1. Provide a warm and personalized welcome to clients.
2. Assist sales advisors in delivering an exceptional client experience in line with the brand's standards.
3. Ensure the boutique is well-maintained and consistently welcoming.
4. Listen to and identify client needs, offering informed advice and guidance.
5. Present products with appropriate storytelling.
6. Ensure personalized client follow-up and foster client loyalty.
7. Receive and organize merchandise according to visual merchandising standards.
8. Participate in stock management, merchandise reception, stock control, and adherence to internal standards.
9. Comply with Retail & CRM Excellence procedures.

1. Previous experience in retail is appreciated.

1. High sensitivity to products and excellent fashion culture.
2. Strong interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset.
3. Reactivity, dynamism, versatility, results-oriented, and proactive attitude.
4. Fluency in French and English; a third language is a plus.

Entry-level experience in retail is appreciated.
