1. Provide a warm and personalized welcome to clients.
2. Assist sales advisors to deliver an exceptional client experience in line with the brand's standards.
3. Maintain the boutique's appearance and ensure a constant welcoming presence.
4. Listen to and identify client needs, provide information and advice.
5. Present products with appropriate storytelling.
6. Ensure personalized client follow-up and foster client loyalty.
7. Receive and organize products in accordance with visual merchandising standards.
8. Participate in stock management, merchandise reception, stock control, and adherence to internal standards.
9. Comply with Retail & CRM Excellence procedures.

1. Previous experience in retail is appreciated.
