- Develop and adapt global training programs to suit the Middle East's cultural context and business environment.
- Translate or adapt training materials into Arabic as necessary.
- Incorporate local market trends, customer preferences, and regulatory requirements into training content.
- Conduct needs assessments across retail locations using surveys, interviews, and performance data.
- Identify skill gaps and develop targeted learning solutions.
- Deliver engaging training sessions both in-person and virtually.
- Manage logistics for training events, including venue selection and scheduling.
- Oversee the adoption and completion of the Celine Learning App in the Middle East.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and performance data analysis.
- Track KPIs to measure training impact on sales and client experience.
- Build relationships with regional store managers and corporate stakeholders.
- Ensure training programs comply with local labor laws and regulations.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail training and development in the Middle East.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems.
- Experience managing digital learning apps.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to adapt training programs to different learning styles and cultural contexts.
- Knowledge of mobile learning best practices.
- Experience with mystery shopping programs and voice of the customer methodologies.
- Ability to analyze data to identify training needs and measure effectiveness.
Minimum of 5 years in retail training and development, focusing on the Middle East market.
