- Conduct weekly performance reporting and analysis across regions and products, monitoring key performance indicators.
- Identify growth opportunities and best-selling items, and follow up on action plans by channel.
- Perform ad-hoc analyses to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare monthly meetings with regional teams.
- Engage in ad-hoc projects such as private sales.
- Conduct comprehensive product, pricing, and competitive benchmarking analyses across all channels including sales, outlets, and private sales.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or a related field.
- Previous internship experience in retail merchandising, business planning, or retail is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen interest in products.
- Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively in a demanding environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in English.
