Retail Merchandising Assistant Intern - Haute Parfumerie & Beauty

1. Analyze performance of Haute Parfumerie & Beauty category.
2. Produce weekly reports with data consolidation and key facts analysis.
3. Update monthly performance of Fragrance Ambassadors.
4. Conduct ad-hoc analysis such as cluster projects and new product launches.
5. Coordinate 360° activations for new product launches and boutique openings.
6. Organize regular meetings with the worldwide Fragrance and Beauty ambassador community.
7. Create and distribute seasonal newsletters.
8. Update and communicate the performance of yearly challenges monthly.
9. Conduct competitor analysis during key commercial peaks.
10. Prepare and participate in bi-monthly meetings with regions.
11. Coordinate with different services on specific needs and co-prepare important meetings.
12. Support the roll-out of perfume engraving service.
13. Manage a project from start to finish.

1. Bac +4/5 business school or university equivalent.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
2. Strong organizational and analytical skills.
3. Ability to synthesize information and be reliable.
4. Agility and adaptability.
5. Fluent in English and French.

Beginner level experience is acceptable.
