1. Support the Retail Manager in daily operations, focusing on commercial coordination between Head Office functions and the retail network in France.
2. Monitor sales and performance metrics for each boutique.
3. Compile and communicate quarterly and semi-annual incentive results to Store Managers.
4. Track team performance using qualitative and quantitative data.
5. Prepare and follow up on action plans and timelines based on business needs.
6. Organize network activities, including meetings and showroom schedules.
7. Define and manage projects, such as digitalized remote sales initiatives.
8. Oversee uniform management and identify best practices across boutiques.

1. Enrolled in a Master's program at a business school or university, with a specialization in fashion/luxury preferred.
2. Demonstrates rigor, organization, proactivity, and motivation.
3. Exhibits strong interpersonal skills and availability.
4. Passionate about fashion, dynamic, autonomous, mature, and proactive.

1. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
2. Fluent in English.

Entry-level position suitable for beginners.

Master's degree in progress, preferably in business or a related field.
