Retail Assistant Intern

1. Coordinate commercial activities between Head Office functions and the retail network in France & Monaco.
2. Monitor sales and performance of each boutique.
3. Track quarterly and semi-annual incentives, compiling figures for Store Managers for evaluation.
4. Participate in organizing ad hoc projects such as pop-ups and store openings.
5. Create presentations for business meetings or strategic plans.
6. Prepare and follow up on action plans and schedules based on business needs.
7. Organize network activities, including meetings.
8. Manage operations in boutiques to ensure high customer service standards, including uniform management and CEGID system actions.
9. Assist in various boutique tasks such as inventory, e-commerce support, and new process implementation.

1. Student in BAC+4/5 in business school or equivalent university program, with a specialization in fashion or luxury being a plus.

1. Rigorous, organized, reactive, proactive, and motivated.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills and availability.
3. Passionate about fashion, dynamic, autonomous, mature, and proactive.
4. Strong proficiency in Excel.
5. Fluent in English.

Beginner

Student in BAC+4/5 in business school or equivalent university program.

Full-time internship for 6 months starting February 2025, with a mandatory school internship agreement.
