1. Coordinate commercial activities between Head Office functions and the retail network in France and Monaco.
2. Monitor sales and performance metrics for each boutique.
3. Compile and communicate quarterly and semi-annual incentive results to Store Managers.
4. Participate in the organization of ad hoc projects such as pop-up events and store openings.
5. Create presentations for business meetings and strategic planning.
6. Prepare and track action plans and timelines based on business needs.
7. Organize network activities, including meetings.
8. Dedicate time to boutique operations to ensure high standards of customer service, including managing uniforms and using the CEGID cash system.
9. Assist in various in-store tasks such as inventory management, e-commerce support, and implementing new processes.

1. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in business school or equivalent university, with a specialization in fashion or luxury preferred.

1. Strong organizational and analytical skills.
2. Proactive and motivated with excellent interpersonal abilities.
3. Passion for fashion and dynamic with autonomy and maturity.
4. Proficiency in Excel.
5. Fluent in English.

No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business or related field.
