- Independently recruit interns and apprentices across various departments including Product Development, Merchandising, Production, Purchasing, Digital & E-Commerce, and Operations.
- Manage candidate relationships, ensuring a seamless and professional recruitment process.
- Serve as the primary contact for managers to gather recruitment needs and track progress.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for young talents.
- Provide daily support and guidance to interns and apprentices.
- Implement and monitor recruitment KPIs, update statistics, and maintain organizational charts.
- Engage the intern and apprentice community through internal events to foster integration.
- Participate in campus and employer branding events, both independently and in collaboration with LVMH.
- Track KPIs to assess the impact of campus activities and refine strategies.
- Update internal presentation materials such as tracking tables and PowerPoint presentations.
- Currently enrolled in a Human Resources, Business School, or equivalent program.
- Strong organizational skills and proactive nature.
- Interest in the luxury and fashion industry.
- Ability to work autonomously with high professional maturity.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong service orientation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluent in both English and French.
Ideally, candidates should have prior experience in recruitment, preferably in an international setting.
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
