1. Assist in the operational follow-up of product development, including tracking orders and receiving showroom samples, updating the collection plan, and contributing to SKU listing preparation.
2. Support material development processes by updating tracking files and seasonal material binders, assisting in color validation, and managing material samples.
3. Develop sales support tools by participating in the creation of Collection Books, News Flashes, and other training materials, as well as drafting product descriptions for the website.
4. Coordinate collection photoshoots in collaboration with the Image, CRM, and Digital teams.
5. Conduct benchmarking on specific topics.
6. Manage sample referencing, handle press, image, and digital loans, and oversee archiving.

1. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business School or equivalent university education.

1. Strong organizational and meticulous attention to detail.
2. Keen interest in the footwear industry.
3. Sensitivity to leather craftsmanship.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Fluent in English; proficiency in Italian is advantageous.

A preliminary experience in product development is advantageous but not mandatory.

Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or a related field.
