Omnichannel Project Coordinator Intern

1. Assist the project manager in synchronizing various stakeholders, including Retail and technical teams.
2. Create internal communication materials for partner and regional teams to ensure project understanding and tool utilization.
3. Participate in defining requirements for new features.
4. Engage in testing and validation phases of implemented features.
5. Support regional teams in launching new applications or features and monitoring their usage.
6. Develop and maintain training documents for regional teams.
7. Collaborate with Omnichannel and Retail teams during new feature launches to ensure adoption.
8. Ensure user understanding and address application-related issues.
9. Produce weekly reports on application usage and performance, and the commercial performance they generate.
10. Collaborate with Business Intelligence teams on designing and providing automated reports.

1. Student in a Master's program (Bac +4/5) in Business School, Engineering School, University, or equivalent.

1. Fluent in French and English.
2. Comfortable with data analysis.
3. Organizational skills, rigor, and interpersonal skills.
4. Passion for digital technologies and the luxury fashion industry.
5. Enjoy teamwork.

Previous experience in Retail, CRM, or e-commerce within the luxury sector is appreciated.

Student in a Master's program (Bac +4/5) in Business School, Engineering School, University, or equivalent.
