1. Assist the project manager in defining the scope, design, and implementation of enhancements to the omnichannel mobile application.
2. Coordinate with retail and technical teams across regions to ensure alignment and effective communication.
3. Develop internal communication materials to facilitate understanding and usage of new tools and features.
4. Participate in needs assessment for new functionalities and support testing and validation phases.
5. Support regional teams in launching new applications or features and monitor their utilization.
6. Create and maintain training documents for regional teams, including presentations and videos.
7. Collaborate with regional omnichannel and retail teams to ensure adoption of new features.
8. Produce weekly reports on application usage and performance, utilizing Excel, Business Intelligence tools, and Google Analytics.
9. Work with Business Intelligence teams to design and provide automated reporting tools.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4/5) in Business School, Engineering School, University, or equivalent.

1. Fluency in French and English.
2. Proficiency in data analysis.
3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills.
5. Passion for digital technologies and the luxury fashion industry.
6. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Previous experience in retail, CRM, or e-commerce within the luxury sector is appreciated.

Master's degree in progress (Bac +4/5) in relevant fields.
