Celine Omnichannel Client Advisor - German Speaker

- Report to the Front Office Customer Service Manager.
- Adhere to CELINE's commercial policy and Golden Rules to ensure a personalized and exceptional omnichannel experience.
- Respond to customer inquiries through various communication channels (phone, email, chat, social media) throughout the customer journey (pre-sale, sale, post-sale).
- Provide personalized advice and service using knowledge of CELINE's collections and product categories.
- Assist customers with online orders and handle complaints, issues, expectations, and customer grievances (digital and in-store, after-sales service claims, refunds, etc.).
- Execute clienteling actions approved by management.
- Achieve sales targets.
- Fluent in German.
- French and/or English at C1 level.
- A third language is a plus.
- Customer-oriented with the ability to provide a personalized and exceptional experience.
- Autonomous and proactive.
- Team spirit and the desire to connect with others.
- Proficient in computer tools and digital applications.
Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, commerce, or digital fields. Experience in luxury is a plus.
