1. Adhere to CELINE's commercial policy and Golden Rules to ensure a personalized and exceptional omnichannel customer experience.
2. Respond to customer inquiries through various communication channels (phone, email, chat, social media) across the entire customer journey (pre-sale, sale, post-sale).
3. Provide personalized advice and service through extensive knowledge of CELINE's collections and product categories.
4. Assist customers with online orders, handling complaints, issues, expectations, and customer grievances (digital and in-store, after-sales service claims, refunds, etc.).
5. Execute clienteling actions as approved by management.
6. Achieve sales revenue targets.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, retail, or digital environments, with luxury experience being advantageous.

3. Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
4. Proficient in computer tools and digital applications.

Minimum of 3 years in customer service, retail, or digital environments, preferably within the luxury sector.
