1. Generate reports and provide business analysis to offer visibility on category performance.
2. Develop and execute action plans to drive business objectives.
3. Collaborate with departments such as VM, CRM, PR, Retail, and Stores to enhance sales and results.
4. Provide necessary information to retail teams to optimize sales performance.
5. Work with in-store VM specialists to maximize visual merchandising opportunities in alignment with global guidelines.
6. Conduct competitor analysis reports on pricing and products.
7. Engage with the supply chain team to ensure optimal product availability across the region.
8. Participate in seasonal buying sessions with responsibility for final buy delivery, including reviews and revisions with the Paris team.
9. Represent the needs of the SEAO business to the Paris team, ensuring clear communication of market requirements while adhering to seasonal buying guidelines.

1. Bachelor's Degree or higher.
2. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in merchandising.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in merchandising is required.
