Celine Media & Social Communication Manager

- Lead and mentor team members and agency partners to achieve excellence in daily operations.
- Provide local insights and updates to headquarters on media and social topics impacting the brand in Greater China.
- Oversee local media budgets, annual media plans, and brand image delivery in Greater China.
- Manage media and social agencies to ensure accurate and sensible planning and execution.
- Quantify all campaigns, particularly digital, with measurable KPIs and outcomes.
- Articulate insights and future recommendations post-campaign.
- Build relationships with key media vendors and identify first-to-market opportunities.
- Establish relationships with mall marketing teams for high-quality site acquisition for pop-ups and store openings.
- Collaborate with the E-Commerce team on performance media, traffic generation, and acquisition strategy.
- Allocate 90% of time to Media responsibilities and 10% to Social.
- Travel domestically and within the Greater China region as required.
- University degree in communications or marketing.
- At least 10 years of experience in an international media agency network or media roles within the luxury industry.
- Extensive experience managing sizeable media budgets across multiple channels.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical capability for processing and interpreting large volumes of data.
- Extensive knowledge of offline and digital media platforms.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in international media agency networks or media roles within the luxury industry is required.
University degree in communications or marketing.
