- Assist various departments within Celine's Legal Directorate with daily legal inquiries and advisory tasks in an international context.
- Conduct legal research and monitoring in areas such as real estate, IT, personal data, distribution, consumer law, and competition.
- Aid in drafting and reviewing contracts in both French and English, and participate in negotiations when necessary.
- Participate in the management of pre-litigation and litigation cases worldwide, including document preparation and legal analysis.
- Contribute to drafting notes and consultations for operational teams.
- Maintain and update the contract management tool.
- Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Private Law or Business Law, ideally complemented by international experience or an LLM.
- Strong organizational skills and teamwork capabilities.
- Dynamic, curious, and autonomous with a high degree of confidentiality.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
A previous six-month internship in a legal department or law firm is preferred.
Master's degree in Private Law or Business Law, or equivalent.
