1. Assist various departments of CELINE's Legal Directorate in daily activities, including handling legal requests and advising operational teams.
2. Conduct legal research and monitoring in areas such as real estate, IT, personal data, distribution, consumer protection, and competition.
3. Assist in drafting and reviewing various contracts in French and English, and participate in negotiations when necessary.
4. Participate in the management of pre-litigation and litigation cases globally, including document preparation and legal analysis.
5. Draft notes and consultations for operational teams.
6. Maintain and update the contract management tool.

1. Student in Master 2 in private law or business law, ideally with international experience or an LLM.
