1. Assist various departments within Celine's Legal Directorate with daily legal inquiries and advisory tasks in an international context.
2. Conduct legal research and monitoring in areas such as real estate, IT, personal data, distribution, consumer law, and competition.
3. Aid in drafting and reviewing contracts in both French and English, and participate in negotiations when necessary.
4. Participate in the management of pre-litigation and litigation cases worldwide, including document preparation and legal analysis.
5. Contribute to drafting notes and consultations for operational teams.
6. Maintain and update the contract management tool.

1. Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Private Law or Business Law, ideally complemented by international experience or an LLM.

1. Strong organizational skills and teamwork capabilities.
2. Dynamic, curious, and autonomous with a high degree of confidentiality.
3. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

A previous six-month internship in a legal department or law firm is preferred.

Master's degree in Private Law or Business Law, or equivalent.
