1. Assist product developers in the daily management of various collections.
2. Codify product launches in Clip (PLM) and ensure accurate product information.
3. Maintain daily communication with key stakeholders: studios, materials teams, manufacturers, production, and other headquarters departments.
4. Update essential tools for collection development, including launch dossiers, sketch files, and component/material binders.
5. Prepare for meetings by organizing research racks, stock materials, and procuring necessary supplies.
6. Track shipments and receipts related to collection development.
7. Support administrative follow-up.
8. Conduct studies and benchmarking.

1. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program (Bac+4/5) in Business School, IFM, or equivalent university program.
2. Previous internship experience in development is appreciated.

2. Adaptability and strong interpersonal skills in a proactive environment.
3. Product sensitivity is a significant asset.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Fluent in English; Italian is a plus.

Entry-level experience with a preference for prior internship in development.

Bachelor's or Master's program (Bac+4/5) in Business School, IFM, or equivalent.
