1. Assist product developers in the daily management of various collections.
2. Codify product launches in the Clip (PLM) system, ensuring the accuracy of product information.
3. Maintain daily communication with various stakeholders including studios, materials teams, manufacturers, production, and other departments at headquarters.
4. Update essential tools for collection development such as launch dossiers, sketch files, and component/material binders.
5. Prepare for meetings by organizing research racks/material stocks and requesting necessary supplies.
6. Monitor the dispatch and receipt of items related to collection development.
7. Support administrative follow-up tasks.
8. Conduct studies and benchmarking.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in Business School, IFM, or an equivalent university program.
2. Previous internship experience in development is appreciated.

2. Adaptability and strong interpersonal skills are essential for success in a proactive environment.
3. Product sensitivity is a significant asset.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Fluent in English; Italian is a plus.

Entry-level experience, ideally with a prior internship in development.

Pursuing a Master's degree in a relevant field.
