- Lead and manage IS projects from inception to completion, including planning, execution, testing, and delivery.
- Collaborate with Operations and Retail Merchandising departments to understand and formalize business needs into application solutions.
- Ensure the integrity and coherence of data modeling and development structures within assigned projects.
- Develop and implement applications autonomously, adhering to best practices.
- Facilitate project organization and management using Agile methodologies.
- Provide expertise in Supply-Chain Planning and Retail Merchandising Planning processes and IT applications.
- Organize and oversee application support, ensuring effective training and knowledge transfer.
- Engage with vendors and manage relationships with service providers.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the IT department.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management, preferably within the fashion industry.
- Proficiency in Anaplan and familiarity with ERP, APS, and BI applications.
- Understanding of Supply Chain Planning, MRP2, DDMRP, Business Planning, and Retail Merchandising.
- Fluency in both English and French.
- Strong project management capabilities with experience in Agile and V-cycle methodologies.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage priorities and demonstrate flexibility.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to conceptualize and implement innovative solutions.
A minimum of 5 years in IT project management, ideally within the fashion sector, focusing on Supply-Chain and Merchandising Planning.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
