Celine International Media Manager

- Coordinate regional media strategies across APAC, Korea, Greater China, Japan, and the Americas, collaborating closely with local teams.
- Lead the development and execution of the global media strategy, ensuring alignment with local implementations.
- Oversee media planning, challenging and validating campaign strategies, and ensuring adherence to defined objectives and budgets.
- Collect and analyze post-campaign reports, applying insights to future campaigns and ensuring qualitative implementation of media placements.
- Conduct competitive analysis in collaboration with local teams, focusing on investments, best practices, and trends.
- Lead collaboration with the Image team to ensure proper allocation of visual assets across campaigns and special projects.
- Manage and consolidate global budgets, preparing financial presentations for top management.
- Ensure the effective operation and evolution of media planning software, liaising with service providers.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of international media experience, preferably in luxury or media agencies.
- Proven leadership skills, including remote team management.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Adaptability to cultural differences and change management.
- Expertise in international media strategy and planning.
- Strong leadership and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in English; additional Asian language skills are highly valued.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
- Proficiency in media planning software.
Minimum 10 years of international media experience, with a focus on luxury brands or media agencies.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
