- Develop and implement a bespoke internal communication strategy to enhance employee engagement and reinforce brand pride and loyalty among 4,500 employees.
- Lead a team of two permanent staff members and collaborate closely with HR, Communication, Social Media teams, and regional HR Directors and Presidents.
- Design and deploy innovative internal communication strategies aligned with CELINE's transformation goals, incorporating industry best practices and emerging trends.
- Create engaging communication campaigns to promote internal projects and strategic initiatives using diverse formats and digital platforms.
- Ensure effective communication between management, employees, and teams, utilizing appropriate communication tools and fostering transparency.
- Oversee and animate the intranet and other internal communication platforms, ensuring regular updates and relevance for employees.
- Plan and organize internal events to strengthen team cohesion and spirit, integrating innovative and unifying activities.
- Develop and promote initiatives around CSR commitments and Diversity and Inclusion in collaboration with CSR and HR teams.
- Create content for external platforms in collaboration with Communication and Social Media teams, highlighting CELINE's values and culture.
- Evaluate and analyze the effectiveness of communication actions using relevant performance indicators and propose improvements.
- Degree in communication, public relations, marketing, or a related field.
- Fluency in English.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Creativity and initiative with the ability to propose innovative solutions.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, uniting teams around common projects.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in digital communication tools and content creation software.
- Good knowledge of the luxury and fashion industry.
A minimum of 10 years of significant experience in internal communication, preferably within the fashion or luxury sector.
Bachelor's degree in communication, public relations, marketing, or a related field.
