- Develop and implement an innovative internal communication strategy aligned with CELINE's transformation goals.
- Create engaging communication campaigns to promote internal projects and strategic initiatives.
- Ensure effective communication between management, employees, and various teams.
- Supervise and manage the intranet and other internal communication platforms.
- Plan and organize internal events to enhance team cohesion.
- Develop initiatives around CSR and Diversity & Inclusion.
- Create content for external platforms in collaboration with Communication and Social Media teams.
- Evaluate and analyze the effectiveness of communication actions and propose improvements.
- Degree in communication, public relations, marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Creativity and initiative.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Proficiency in digital communication tools and content creation software.
- Good knowledge of the luxury and fashion industry.
- Fluent in English.
Significant experience in internal communication, preferably in the fashion or luxury sector. Minimum 10 years.
Degree in communication, public relations, marketing, or a related field.
