1. Conduct comprehensive risk assessments in alignment with Group Guidelines.
2. Develop and execute an annual audit program, including the LVMH Compliance program ERICA, on key processes.
3. Provide effective periodic reporting to key stakeholders.
4. Propose and implement remediation strategies.
5. Lead or co-lead process and system improvement projects.
6. Track and follow up on previously noted findings.

1. Master’s degree in economics or engineering (or equivalent).
2. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in major external audit firms.

1. Excellent leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams.
2. Proficiency in audit and risk assessment methodologies.
3. Strong communication skills with a collaborative approach.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint.
5. Knowledge of analytics tools such as Power BI is advantageous.
6. Fluency in English is essential; French is a plus.

A minimum of 3-5 years in major external audit firms is required.
