Responsibilities
- Support in managing asset portfolios, including prior art searches and preparation of notoriety files
- Monitor and investigate online and social media platforms
- Maintain and update contract management tools
- Contribute to the drafting of an IP newsletter
- Conduct legal research and monitoring
- Assist in managing pre-litigation and litigation processes, including preparation of documents and analysis of legal acts
- Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts related to intellectual property and personality rights
- Participate in drafting notes and consultations
Qualifications
- Student in Master 2 in intellectual property law
- Entry to CRFPA exam is a plus
- Ideally complemented by an LLM
