- Assist in managing the intellectual property asset portfolio, including conducting prior art searches and preparing reputation dossiers.
- Monitor and investigate online platforms and social media for intellectual property infringements.
- Maintain and update the contract management tool.
- Contribute to the drafting of an intellectual property newsletter.
- Conduct legal research and monitoring.
- Participate in the management of pre-litigation and litigation processes, including preparation of documents and analysis of legal acts related to trademark law, design law, copyright, parasitism, and unfair competition.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts related to intellectual and personality rights, including assignments, partnerships, licenses, and agreements with models, brand ambassadors, and influencers.
- Contribute to the drafting of legal notes and consultations.
- Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Intellectual Property Law, with the CRFPA exam being an advantage.
- Previous six-month internship experience in a law firm or legal department.
- Strong organizational and teamwork abilities.
- Dynamic, curious, and autonomous with a high sense of confidentiality.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

Master's degree in Intellectual Property Law, LLM preferred.
