1. Support in managing asset portfolios, including prior art searches and preparation of notoriety files
2. Monitor and investigate online and social media platforms
3. Maintain and update contract management tools
4. Contribute to the drafting of an IP newsletter
5. Conduct legal research and monitoring
6. Assist in managing pre-litigation and litigation processes, including preparation of documents and analysis of legal acts
7. Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts related to intellectual property and personality rights
8. Participate in drafting notes and consultations

1. Student in Master 2 in intellectual property law
2. Entry to CRFPA exam is a plus
3. Ideally complemented by an LLM
