Celine Human Resources Coordination Assistant

- Support the HR Director for Europe and the Middle East in daily operations across the retail network.
- Coordinate HR activities between countries and the Head Office.
- Monitor and report on HR Key Performance Indicators.
- Facilitate communication through the implementation and regular updating of selected tools.
- Prepare reports and analyze social data for the region.
- Assist in the creation of presentations for key HR events throughout the year.
- Propose and implement HR projects and initiatives.
- Participate in and oversee the organization of ad hoc projects, such as pop-up store openings.
- Identify and disseminate best practices across the region.
- Assist with administrative management within the HR department.
- Currently enrolled in a Human Resources program, business school, university, or equivalent.
- Strong organizational and meticulous attention to detail.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in both French and English.
Preferably some initial experience (internship or apprenticeship) in Human Resources within an international setting.
Currently enrolled in a Human Resources program, business school, university, or equivalent.
