- Oversee the structuring and development of women's ready-to-wear and textile accessory collections in collaboration with the Studio & Product Development team.
- Ensure coherence and innovation in collections while maintaining the brand's identity.
- Analyze market trends and product performance to guide collection decisions.
- Supervise collection briefs for the Studio.
- Define the collection plan in collaboration with the Studio and development teams.
- Lead pre-purchases and edit the collection before the showroom.
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies.
- Analyze product performance in stores and adjust merchandising strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the Supply Chain team to maximize sales levels relative to stock across all boutiques.
- Provide end-of-season summaries, prepare markets, and compile store feedback and needs.
- Develop training books and oversee showroom organization.
- Construct delivery group strategies and product assortment with production feasibility.
- Work closely with regional teams to adapt global strategy to specific market needs, balancing brand consistency with local relevance.
- Develop balanced and attractive product assortments for each season.
- Manage stock and reorders based on sales and trends.
- Select and finalize product assortments for each collection, ensuring a balanced mix of styles, fabrics, and price levels that resonate with the target market.
- Monitor KPIs and prepare regular reports on collection and merchandising strategy performance.
- Develop strategic plans for the category and conduct other studies as requested by top management.
- Collaborate with Visual Merchandising to ensure in-store and online presentations reflect the brand's image.
- Significant experience (minimum 15 years) in a similar role within the women's ready-to-wear industry.
- Excellent product sensibility.
- Proven management and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of fashion trends and consumer behavior.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
Minimum of 15 years in a similar position within the women's ready-to-wear industry.
