1. Support the Retail Performance Manager in monitoring global sales performance.
2. Create and manage ad-hoc reports for monthly and weekly sales reviews.
3. Track key performance indicators and implement action plans as necessary.
4. Conduct analyses on store and staff productivity metrics.
5. Maintain and update the cloud-based store database with accurate information.
6. Assist in deploying tools and processes to enhance in-store sales performance.
7. Collaborate with IT to refine reporting tools and support decision-making.
8. Work with operations and performance managers to optimize processes.
9. Develop new PowerBI dashboards with the insights team.
10. Participate in the rollout of staff planning tools from conception to training.

1. Enrollment in a Business School or University program.

1. Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with PowerBI is advantageous.
2. Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
3. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
4. Excellent analytical and communication abilities.
5. Fluency in French and English.
