Global Retail Performance Analyst Intern

1. Support monthly and weekly review of sales performance and create ad-hoc reports
2. Follow-up on key performance indicators and implement action plans as needed
3. Conduct ad hoc analyses on stores and staff productivity
4. Maintain and update the store database with relevant information
5. Support the Retail Performance Manager in projects affecting the store database
6. Provide tools to stores for better traffic matching and monitor KPI results
7. Collaborate with the IT team to improve reportings for performance monitoring
8. Work with operations and performance managers to enhance processes
9. Create new PowerBI dashboards with the insights team
10. Support the roll-out of the staff planning tool from conception to training

1. Business School or University education
2. Fluency in French and English

1. Good Excel skills, PowerBI is a plus
2. Ability to convert complex data into insightful information and action plans
3. Detail-oriented, highly organized, and rigorous
4. Strong analytic and communication skills
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
