- Create guidelines for one-to-one clienteling campaigns for regional CRM teams and customer service.
- Participate in the implementation of clienteling campaigns using Salesforce.
- Monitor, analyze, and consolidate results of one-to-one clienteling campaigns.
- Coordinate and create assets for each clienteling campaign, such as store openings and collection launches, and manage local requests.
- Create monthly reports for local CRM teams, sharing best practices and tracking KPI performance.
- Conduct competitive analysis and produce monthly reports on major client engagement trends.
- Animate and monitor CRM challenges.
- Create print materials related to the CRM animation plan.
- Student in Bac+4/5 in Business School or equivalent with a specialization in marketing.
- Sensitivity to CRM and Client Engagement issues.
- Knowledge of Salesforce and Photoshop is a plus.
- Interest in the luxury and fashion industry.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in French and English.
Beginner
Student in Bac+4/5 in Business School or equivalent with a specialization in marketing.
Full-time internship for 6 months starting July 2025, with a mandatory school internship agreement.
