Fashion and Event Assistant Intern

Celine is a rapidly expanding French fashion and leather goods house, part of the LVMH group, aiming to become one of the world's most iconic luxury brands. The company seeks enthusiastic, passionate, and agile individuals eager to thrive in an environment of excellence.

1. Manage VIP shopping requests and track press samples.
2. Verify availability of looks with the press team and suggest alternatives.
3. Create shipments in Fashion GPS and track sample traffic and returns to the Paris showroom.
4. Prepare VIP fittings, including setting up the VIP room and assisting during fittings.
5. Research emerging talents in cinema, music, literature, and arts.
6. Compile monthly reports on new international talents.
7. Package and prepare gifts and products for celebrities.
8. Summarize daily VIP requests and manage press releases and VIP image databases.
9. Create and manage monthly newsletters.
10. Conduct competitive benchmarking.
11. Compile images of product placements.
12. Organize and manage the VIP SET and collaborate with showroom teams for VIP shipments and returns.

1. Student in Bac+4/5 in Business School or equivalent university education.

1. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit.
3. Knowledge of Fashion GPS.
4. Proactive and dynamic.
5. Fluent in French and English.

Previous experience in press or event management is required.

Student in Bac+4/5 in Business School or equivalent university education.

Full-time internship for 6 months starting January or February 2025, with a mandatory school internship agreement.
