1. Draft and update policies, procedures, and guidelines, including codes of conduct, gift and invitation protocols, conflict of interest policies, and internal alerts.
2. Enhance risk mapping and deploy associated action plans.
3. Prepare, update, and implement training and governance programs.
4. Facilitate and participate in Ethics & Compliance Committees and other relevant committees.
5. Develop and maintain the international compliance network.
6. Ensure dissemination and adherence to compliance policies among employees.
7. Prepare and communicate regular reports on compliance status.
8. Identify potential risks and propose remediation measures.
9. Conduct regulatory and legal monitoring and implement associated action plans.
10. Provide internal communication through newsletters.
11. Advise operational teams by identifying risks and business impacts and proposing practical solutions.
12. Prepare employees for authority inspections through training and questionnaires.
13. Oversee and develop compliance tools and manage the compliance budget.

1. Master's degree in Law with a specialization in ethics/compliance.
2. Certification such as CCEP is advantageous.

5. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
6. Ability to work autonomously.
7. Capacity to analyze complex situations and propose practical solutions.
8. Aptitude for managing cross-functional projects and collaborating with various departments.
9. Proficiency in compliance software and tools.
10. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in a corporate environment, consultancy, law firm, or regulatory authority.

Master's degree in Law with a specialization in ethics/compliance.
