Celine Ethics and Compliance Manager

- Draft and update policies, procedures, and guidelines, including codes of conduct, gift and invitation protocols, conflict of interest policies, and internal alerts.
- Enhance risk mapping and deploy associated action plans.
- Prepare, update, and implement training and governance programs.
- Facilitate and participate in Ethics & Compliance Committees and other relevant committees.
- Develop and maintain the international compliance network.
- Ensure dissemination and adherence to compliance policies among employees.
- Prepare and communicate regular reports on compliance status.
- Identify potential risks and propose remediation measures.
- Conduct regulatory and legal monitoring and implement associated action plans.
- Provide internal communication through newsletters.
- Advise operational teams by identifying risks and business impacts and proposing practical solutions.
- Prepare employees for authority inspections through training and questionnaires.
- Oversee and develop compliance tools and manage the compliance budget.
- Master's degree in Law with a specialization in ethics/compliance.
- Certification such as CCEP is advantageous.
- Excellent knowledge of regulations.
- Unquestionable integrity and ethics.
- Strong sense of confidentiality.
- Curiosity and proactivity.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Capacity to analyze complex situations and propose practical solutions.
- Aptitude for managing cross-functional projects and collaborating with various departments.
- Proficiency in compliance software and tools.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in a corporate environment, consultancy, law firm, or regulatory authority.
Master's degree in Law with a specialization in ethics/compliance.
