- Draft and update policies, procedures, and guidelines, including codes of conduct, gift and invitation policies, conflict of interest protocols, internal alerts, third-party evaluations, and accounting controls.
- Update and enhance risk mapping and deploy associated action plans.
- Prepare, update, improve, and implement training and engagement programs.
- Prepare and lead various Ethics & Compliance committees and participate in other committees requiring the Compliance Officer's presence.
- Develop and animate the international network.
- Disseminate policies and procedures to employees and ensure adherence within a culture of compliance.
- Draft and communicate regular reports on the state of ethics and compliance within the company.
- Alert on potential risks and propose and implement remediation measures.
- Conduct regulatory and jurisprudential monitoring and implement associated action plans.
- Ensure internal communication through newsletters.
- Advise and support operational teams by identifying risks and business impacts and proposing practical solutions.
- Prepare employees for authority audits through training and questionnaires.
- Supervise the management and development of existing tools and implement new ones.
- Identify and collaborate with high-quality external professionals.
- Propose, defend, and manage the compliance budget.
- Master's degree in law with a specialization in ethics/compliance.
- Certification such as CCEP is advantageous.
- Excellent knowledge of regulations.

- Ability to work independently.

- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
A minimum of 10 years of experience gained in a company, consultancy, law firm, or regulatory authority.
Master's degree in law with a specialization in ethics/compliance.
