- Implement initiatives to support diversity and inclusion, focusing on disability, gender equality, LGBTI+ community support, social and cultural diversity, and workplace health.
- Deploy actions to attract and integrate individuals with disabilities, including dedicated sourcing actions and partnerships with educational institutions.
- Facilitate workplace adaptations and support employees and managers in implementing these accommodations.
- Organize awareness campaigns, training sessions, and events to dismantle prejudices and foster an inclusive culture.
- Develop relationships with adapted companies and ESAT to promote indirect employment of individuals with disabilities.
- Manage the budget allocated to diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Collaborate with Learning & Development to create mentoring programs, female leadership training, and gender bias awareness actions.
- Encourage work-life balance initiatives, such as parental support and flexible schedules for family caregivers.
- Animate the existing LGBTQI+ network and allies through events and initiatives.
- Promote social and cultural diversity through partnerships with local associations and intercultural dialogue.
- Diversify recruitment channels and implement bias awareness training in selection processes.
- Lead initiatives to promote physical and mental health, evaluate their effectiveness, and propose continuous improvements.
- Minimum 8 years of experience, with proven expertise in diversity & inclusion and CSR topics.
- Passion for human resources and a drive for excellence and change.
- Creativity and innovation in engaging and mobilizing employees.
- Ability to influence and drive change.
- Active listening and emotional intelligence to understand and meet team needs.
- Budget management and KPI tracking to measure impact.
- Ability to synthesize information and draft clear, impactful reports.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English to ensure global understanding of D&I strategy.
Minimum 8 years of experience, including substantial experience in diversity & inclusion and CSR.
Master's degree or equivalent in business, university studies, or a specific diploma.
