1. Update collection documents including collection plans, launch binders, boards, and material sheets.
2. Maintain collection information in the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system.
3. Assist with administrative follow-up, including processing collection invoices and tracking shipments and receptions.
4. Prepare for product launches.
5. Collaborate with various departments such as marketing, design, production, and atelier.
6. Perform general assistant tasks related to collections.

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac +4/5) in Business, Fashion, or a related field.

1. Strong organizational and meticulous attention to detail.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian is a plus.

No prior experience required; ideal for students seeking practical exposure in luxury fashion product development.

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in a relevant field.
