Responsibilities
- Participate in defining the overall client activation strategy through events.
- Define clienteling animation plans to support brand moments such as collection launches and local celebrations.
- Collaborate with regions for in-store and out-store events and personalized services.
- Coordinate worldwide action plans with HQ departments.
- Support the wholesale team in organizing targeted client events and collaborations.
- Guide regions in setting up and executing client events.
- Supervise event execution, track performance and KPIs, and monitor budgets.
- Analyze competition and propose new event concepts.
- Participate in improving client knowledge through tools and actions.
- Develop clienteling performance dashboards in collaboration with CRM teams.
- Monitor competitive intelligence and adapt offers to the store network.
- Define and coordinate client gifting strategies, including creating a catalog of gifts and experiences.

Experience Requirements
