Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of sales and the achievement of common sales objectives.
- Welcome and advise customers, providing the best customer service.
- Share the story behind products and deliver expertise.
- Propose complementary products proactively.
- Build privileged and lasting relationships with customers.
- Participate in the operational life of the store, including visual merchandising, restocking, transfers, after-sales service, and inventory management.
- Control and respect internal procedures and guidelines.
- Support the digital evolution of the house.
- Be a great ambassador of CELINE and the group.
- Endorse the brand spirit with creativity and a sense of excellence.
Qualifications
- Master's or Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 2 years in sales and in the fashion or luxury sector or equivalent
Skills
- High product and fashion sensitivity and knowledge
- Ability to understand and exceed customers' needs
- Taste for challenge and team spirit
- Sense of service, natural curiosity, open-mindedness, optimism, and empathy
- Fluent in Italian and English
Experience Requirements
At least 3 years of experience.
