- Contribute to store performance by achieving and surpassing sales targets through strong commercial acumen and comprehensive product knowledge.
- Engage in active dialogue with clients to understand their expectations and offer personalized recommendations, utilizing upselling and cross-selling techniques to enhance their experience with CELINE.
- Foster a positive team spirit by working synergistically with colleagues and contributing to the achievement of individual and collective goals.
- Participate in creating a harmonious work environment where each team member feels valued and motivated to perform at their best.
- Deliver an exceptional client experience by providing bespoke service and advice, ensuring each visit is memorable.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through personalized follow-ups and proactive loyalty strategies, encouraging repeat purchases.
- Ensure adherence to internal standards and procedures to guarantee smooth store operations.
- Actively participate in store activities such as visual merchandising, restocking, transfer management, after-sales service, and stock management.
- Represent CELINE by embodying the brand's values and excellence in every client interaction.
- Share the brand's history and heritage through engaging and immersive storytelling.
- Maintain the highest standards of visual and personal presentation, contributing to CELINE's elegant and sophisticated image.
- At least 1 year of professional experience in sales, preferably in the fashion or luxury industry.
- Passion for luxury fashion and in-depth knowledge of CELINE products, heritage, and brand identity.
- Client-oriented with a strong service mindset and ability to build lasting relationships.
- Challenge-driven with a team spirit to achieve set objectives.
- Initiative, service orientation, natural curiosity, open-mindedness, optimism, and empathy.
- Adaptability and flexibility to meet the demands of a dynamic sales environment.
- Integrity and commitment to compliance and corporate social responsibility.
- Fluent in French and English; proficiency in another language is an advantage.
