- Deliver exceptional customer service to clientele.
- Maximize sales through effective cross-selling and up-selling techniques.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries.
- Manage transactions at the cashier counter.
- Communicate store events to existing and potential customers.
- Assist in stock taking, replenishment, and maintaining sales floor cleanliness.
- Support merchandising of new arrivals.
- Participate in the organization of in-store events.
- Contribute to visual merchandising and display efforts.
- Ensure adherence to safety, health, and security protocols.
- College degree or higher.
- Energetic and enthusiastic team player.
- Service-oriented with excellent customer handling skills.
- Strong communication abilities.
- Good fashion sense and independent work capability.
- Fluency in Mandarin; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is required, with a preference for those with retail or luxury industry experience.
College degree or higher.
