1. Deliver exceptional customer service to clientele.
2. Maximize sales through effective cross-selling and up-selling techniques.
3. Address and resolve customer inquiries.
4. Manage transactions at the cashier counter.
5. Communicate store events to existing and potential customers.
6. Assist in stock taking, replenishment, and maintaining sales floor cleanliness.
7. Support merchandising of new arrivals.
8. Participate in the organization of in-store events.
9. Contribute to visual merchandising and display efforts.
10. Ensure adherence to safety, health, and security protocols.

1. College degree or higher.

1. Energetic and enthusiastic team player.
2. Service-oriented with excellent customer handling skills.
3. Strong communication abilities.
4. Good fashion sense and independent work capability.
5. Fluency in Mandarin; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.

A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is required, with a preference for those with retail or luxury industry experience.

College degree or higher.
