- Autonomously recruit interns and apprentices for various headquarters roles in France, including Product Development, Merchandising, Production, Purchasing, Digital & E-Commerce, and Operations.
- Manage candidate relationships, ensuring a seamless and exemplary recruitment process.
- Serve as the primary contact for managers to gather recruitment needs and track progress.
- Facilitate onboarding and daily support for young talent.
- Implement and monitor recruitment KPIs, update statistics, and maintain organizational charts.
- Conduct market trend analysis and competitive benchmarking to propose internal process improvements.
- Organize internal events to foster integration and community among interns and apprentices.
- Participate in Campus and Employer Brand events, collaborating with LVMH.
- Track KPIs to evaluate the impact of school actions and refine Campus Management strategies.
- Update internal presentation materials, including tracking tables and PowerPoint presentations.
- Animate an alumni community through various channels.
- Optimize data tracking processes within the Campus team.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources, Business School, or equivalent (Bac+5).
- Ideally, previous experience in recruitment, preferably in an international setting.
- Recognized for organizational skills, responsiveness, and proactivity.
- Interest in the luxury and fashion industry.
- Ability to work independently with high professional maturity.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong service orientation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Team spirit, promoting collaboration and mutual support.
Ideally, candidates should have some prior experience in recruitment, such as an internship or apprenticeship, especially in an international context.
Master's degree in Human Resources, Business School, or equivalent (Bac+5).
