1. Support the organization of the fabric purchasing division for collections.
2. Create and reference both new and existing fabrics, including material codes and technical sheets.
3. Monitor orders following the artistic director's selection and approved developments, including order creation, dispatch to suppliers, delivery tracking, and supplier follow-ups.
4. Ensure the PLM software is updated with fabric sheets, including material references, current pricing, seasonal color openings, and material book card editions.
5. Analyze available stock levels.
6. Assist in coordinating administrative and logistical operations related to stock for material reception and registration.
7. Manage daily material dyeing requests.
8. Generate and distribute the daily POWERBI report to relevant teams.
9. Oversee updates to the COLOR BOOK.

1. Bachelor's degree (Bac +4/5) from a business school or equivalent university program.

1. Proficiency in Excel and Word.
2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
3. Proactive and positive attitude.
4. Fluency in French and English; Italian is an advantage.

Entry-level position suitable for beginners.
