Assistant E-Merchandiser

1. Manage e-merchandising sessions during collection launches, including planning, data collection, and performance analysis.
2. Provide visual merchandising recommendations and coordinate with central teams for validation.
3. Coordinate and participate in e-merchandising sessions, liaising between operators, catalog teams, and central e-merchandising teams.
4. Ensure deadlines and visual merchandising compliance are met.
5. Maximize customer experience on the website through daily checks and improvement actions.
6. Reduce stockout rates by regularly cleaning the product catalog and managing stock transfers.
7. Optimize the site's internal search tool.
8. Conduct competitive analysis to identify best practices.
9. Develop product culture documentation for digital teams and participate in product reporting.

1. Bachelor's degree +4/5 in Project Management, Business School, Communication School, or equivalent.

1. Digital native with curiosity for fashion retail.
2. Versatility, agility, rigor, and ability to interpret and contextualize data.
3. Strong proficiency in Excel.
4. Knowledge of Data Studio, Power BI, SFCC, and CEGID is a plus.
5. Fluent in English.

A first experience in project management within the luxury sector is a plus.

Bachelor's degree +4/5 in Project Management, Business School, Communication School, or equivalent.

Internship agreement required.
