1. Provide support in purchasing, order tracking, and follow-ups.
2. Assist with daily order receptions.
3. Request and follow up on technical sheets from suppliers.
4. Input prices and technical sheets into the CLIP system.
5. Update internal information resources such as boards, binders, and internal software.
6. Create component references in CLIP.
7. Manage collection archives and prepare production masters.
8. Monitor invoicing processes.
9. Perform daily administrative tasks.

1. Studies in fashion, business school, or equivalent university education.

1. Proficiency in Excel and knowledge of ERP systems.
2. Strong organizational skills, curiosity, and responsiveness.
3. Proactivity, autonomy, and attention to detail.
4. Fluency in French and English.
