- Manage supplier accounts and ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices.
- Verify direct debit data during bank reconciliations conducted by the treasury.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies and disputes with suppliers.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports related to accounts payable.
- Monitor and manage supplier payments.
- Participate in monthly and annual financial closings.
- Maintain up-to-date supplier records and ensure information accuracy.
- Utilize accounting software such as JDE, SAP, ESKER, or ORLI for managing accounting operations.
- Communicate effectively with finance teams and internal clients to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Contribute to the company's transformation projects, including the implementation of a new SAP ERP, and optimize interfaces and tools.
- Adhere to CELINE and LVMH group internal control and compliance standards.
- Minimum of 5 years of prior experience in accounts payable, preferably within the luxury or fashion sector.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as JDE, SAP, ESKER, or ORLI is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proactive, with initiative and a forward-thinking mindset.
- Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts payable, ideally within the luxury or fashion industry.
A minimum of a BTS or DCG diploma in accounting, finance, or a related field.
