Cartier Workshop Administrator

- Execute administrative tasks for client services and stock maintenance, including repair registration, audit, diagnosis, cost estimate creation, materials posting, parts delay management, billing, payment processing, transfers, and final invoicing.
- Manage logistics for inbound and outbound parcels, ensuring proper movement of products, coordination of courier pickups and drop-offs, and maintenance of supplies.
- Develop a deep understanding of Cartier's brand and products to effectively convey the heritage and values of the brand.
- Ensure compliance with Cartier's security and operational procedures.
- Maintain a professional demeanor at all times, upholding Cartier's image in all communications.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree
- Proficiency in SAP or similar customer service-related programs
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Proactive personality with a positive, solutions-oriented attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in customer service or a related field with strong data processing skills is required.
Associate or Bachelor’s degree
Expected salary range: $26-$30 per hour. Salary will be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience.
