Cartier Client Services Intern

- Assist the CRM Manager in implementing market strategies.
- Manage shipping and tracking of departmental packages using FedEx.
- Support the consolidation of orders for CRM tools such as client gifts and greeting cards.
- Maintain organized records of CRM gifts shipments and budget.
- Coordinate CRM activations, including client events and exclusive experiences.
- Assist in the distribution of invitations and manage RSVP tracking and follow-up communications.
- Support the execution of client treatments to ensure a seamless experience.
- Submit and track invoicing.
- Create and update presentations for meetings and seminars.
- Distribute internal communications materials to stakeholders.
- Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- 0-1 years of experience in a similar position.
- 0-1 years of experience in an office work environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
- Strong planning and organizing skills.
