Cartier Store Design and Planning Project Manager

- Serve as the primary contact and liaison for cross-functional teams across the market, region, and headquarters.
- Prepare boutique briefs in collaboration with various departments, ensuring alignment with zoning, local adaptations, and clientele orientations.
- Manage project schedules, design development, budget, and cost control to ensure projects are completed within budget, on schedule, and to quality standards.
- Oversee the design execution process, collaborating with headquarters and external consultants on details, finishes, and furniture.
- Review and approve all project-related drawings and documents, ensuring compliance with local codes and brand standards.
- Negotiate and value engineer project aspects to maintain approved capital budgets.
- Engage with key stakeholders to ensure timely communication and project execution.
- Lead strategic initiatives, including vendor relationship management and sustainable development practices.
- Represent the brand as an ambassador, influencing cross-functional teams through effective communication.
- Lead and develop the project team, promoting teamwork and building trust with colleagues and business partners.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a related role, preferably within the luxury or similar industry.
- Degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Project Management in Design & Construction, or a related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and Microsoft Project software.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute tasks in high-pressure environments.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on design and client satisfaction.
- Proactive and resourceful with the ability to take initiative and understand brand vision and guidelines.
- Ability to collaborate and influence teams positively.
A minimum of 5 years' experience in project management within the luxury or a related industry is required.
Degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Project Management in Design & Construction, or a related field.
