- Provide exceptional client service and communication, embodying the values of Cartier while exceeding client expectations.
- Deliver timely and effective after-sales service solutions, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Understand client needs and offer appropriate technical explanations and solutions.
- Execute basic product services such as strap changes, bracelet sizing, and steam cleaning.
- Collaborate with boutique colleagues to enhance sales of accessories, watches, and jewelry.
- Adhere to Cartier's security and operational procedures, including inventory control and product handling.
- Assist with daily boutique operations, including setup, breakdown, and merchandising.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality.
- General knowledge of timepiece movements and jewelry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge preferred.
- Ability to work retail hours, including weekends.
- Attention to detail and multitasking ability.
- Additional language skills (Mandarin, Portuguese, Russian) are advantageous.
2 to 5 years of experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality environments.
College degree preferred.
$30.00 - $32.00 per hour, based on relevant skills and experience.
