Cartier Senior Area Manager, Fragrance

- Lead the execution of retail and operational marketing strategies for the fragrance category across Latin America and Mexico.
- Ensure consistency and alignment of operational strategies across all markets and networks.
- Drive retail excellence by implementing and monitoring key performance indicators to optimize business performance.
- Oversee the execution of in-store marketing activities, animations, and events.
- Execute the retail acceleration plan as a top priority within the region.
- Monitor and follow up on action plans by market and distributor/agent.
- Manage brand image, sales performance, and profitability across retail, travel retail, and domestic flagship locations.
- Control expenses related to retail sales, ensuring alignment with global guidelines.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with specialists and distributors at the point of sale and local level.
- Collect and analyze sell-out/sell-in results, implementing targets at the local level.
- Prepare monthly reports and business plans for the fragrance business.
- Ensure financial compliance and serve as a liaison for sanitary registration.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or International Trade required; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in international sales, retail, or marketing.
- Experience in the Latin America and Caribbean markets.
- Experience in the fragrance and luxury industry preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, with advanced analytical skills.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Strong knowledge of sales and marketing strategies, particularly in luxury products.
- Excellent negotiation skills and ability to manage distribution contracts.
- Open-mindedness and agility in a multicultural environment.
- High energy, positive attitude, and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Availability to travel up to 50% and work extended hours.
A minimum of 10 years in international sales, retail, or marketing, with a focus on the Latin America and Caribbean markets. Experience in the fragrance and luxury industry is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or International Trade required; MBA preferred.
Salary will be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience.
