Cartier Sales Experience Manager

- Lead the team to deliver exceptional client experiences and achieve boutique sales targets.
- Drive the sales and service teams to consistently exceed KPIs.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports to inform business development strategies.
- Cultivate strong relationships with corporate partners and Maison leaders.
- Develop and implement proactive sales and client development strategies.
- Coach and develop a high-performing team, providing feedback and defining development plans.
- Lead succession planning and career development in partnership with HR.
- Communicate Maison strategies and industry news to the team.
- Manage day-to-day business operations to support team performance.
- Lead client development initiatives and execute plans for exceptional client experiences.
- Resolve complex client challenges and lead VIP interactions.
- Promote organizational agility and champion change within the boutique.
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures and optimize boutique expenses.
- Act as a Maison ambassador, upholding the boutique image and promoting Cartier's heritage.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
- 7 to 10 years of management experience in luxury retail or hospitality.
- Experience managing direct reports and leading leaders.
- Proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge preferred.
- Experience in complex business environments or projects.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Collaborative approach with a focus on inclusivity.
- Ability to motivate and inspire teams.
7 to 10 years of management experience, particularly in luxury retail or hospitality, with a focus on leading teams and managing direct reports.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
Base salary: $125,000 - $145,000, negotiable based on skills and experience.
