1. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as directed by management.
2. Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a unique client experience at all touchpoints.
3. Develop and maintain client relationships through Maison-specific CRM initiatives.
4. Capture and utilize client data for relationship building and follow-up.
5. Resolve client issues and escalate to management when necessary.
6. Participate in in-store and offsite events and networking activities.
7. Comply with all security and operational policies and procedures.
8. Assist with daily boutique operations, including set-up, breakdown, and maintenance.
9. Participate in inventory management and special projects as needed.

1. College degree preferred

1. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
2. Proficiency in MS Office, SAP knowledge preferred
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
4. Strong customer service orientation
5. Attention to detail and multitasking ability
6. Fluency in additional languages is a plus
7. Knowledge of timepiece movements preferred

2 to 5 years of experience in luxury retail, with availability to work weekends and one weekday.

College degree preferred

Expected hourly range: $26/HR-$28/HR, commission and overtime eligible. Salaries negotiated based on skills and experience.
